OCEANFRONT Salvo - Sand St. Plan a playful vacation this year in BEACH PLAY. Frolic in the private swimming pool or a soak tired muscles in the bubbly hot tub. Dry off on the new pool chairs and take in the Hatteras sun. The first level of the home features a fun game room with pool table, ideal for appreciating an afternoon after the beach. Also on this level are four bedrooms, one with two sets of bunk beds and one queen bedroom with TV that access the full hall bath. Two oceanfront queen bedrooms, both with TV, share a second full bath between them. Everyone will appreciate the top level great room with countless ocean vistas, comfortable seating, oceanfront dining area, and a flat screen TV. There's also a convenient half bath and a king master bedroom with TV and clear blue ocean vistas. With ocean vistas like these, BEACH PLAY is simply a winning vacation choice.
Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

- Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Some hosts and property managers offer discounts or promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if special discounts are available for your group before you book.
- Property management companies frequently offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance. - When it's time to leave, complete a final walk-through to confirm you haven't forget anything. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Inspect the property a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, ensure that you take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
- Leave feedback! Property managers rely on excellent reviews to compel new bookings. They'll be much obliged for your review.
