Move from the sound to the surf with public access to ocean beaches a short drive away. Secure your gear nightly in the outdoor gear locker. After the fun has been had, relax on one of the many decks. Savor sound vistas under the covered deck or sun bathe on the uncovered decks. Soak in the hot tub and watch the sound waves or take a dip in the pool. Prepare meals in the well-appointed kitchen with bar seating, the ideal spot in the home to watch the Hatteras sunsets. Dine outside on the screened porch or inside at the sizable dining table. The home includes a first-floor game room including, wet bar, full size refrigerator, microwave, pool table and 55” T.V. with upgraded SONOS surround sound system controlled right from your phone. This intelligent home also features high-speed 5G internet, NEST Thermostats and a second SONOS sound system on the third floor. Ready to rest, you can choose from four comfortable bedrooms in the home all with TVs. There are two king master bedrooms with private baths, and a third king bedroom, with a private entrance into the hall bath that is shared by the bunk bedroom. All three king bedrooms have access to a deck. After a week here, this home and sunsets are bound to have a SOUND EFFECT on your family.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. Finding your best deal:

Booking your rental property six - twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your vacation rental.
  • Summer is high season in the Hatteras area. Booking your Hatteras vacation home in Fall or Spring months is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Property management companies frequently offer renters an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gasoline expenses.
