This island heaven is just two tons back from the ocean (with direct beach access), one block away from sound access for watersports, and features a enormous, private backyard pool. The peaceful cul-de-sac is ideal for the kids' bicycle rides.

Along with elegant ocean vistas, the top level features a humongous great room with 55" flat screen home theater system and dining area with vaulted ceilings, a well-equipped kitchen, huge enough for multiple cooks, and half bath. A screened porch offers outside dining while appreciating a Pamlico Sound sunset. The sizable master suite on the top level and two bedrooms on the second level have sliders to the wraparound decks.

Whether you're shooting hoops, grilling tuna, calming by the pool or soaking in the hot tub, you'll appreciate the privacy WINDSONG's additional huge lot provides. There are eateries conveniently located a block away.
