KACEE'S RETREAT IS A SATURDAY RENTAL
KACEE'S is ideal for bigger families or groups! Just steps from the ocean, it features 3 decks, a six person hot tub, outdoor shower with hot and cold water, charcoal grille, fish cleaning table, wireless internet, off street parking, and much more. The 1st floor, with 2 bedrooms connected by a full bath, is ideal for kids. Each bedroom has a pyramid bunk and a 32" flat screen TV. There are floor fans in both bedrooms. The 1st floor also has a drink cooler and additional ice maker in the hall. The 2nd floor features 2 queen bedrooms connected by a full bath, and a master bedroom with a king bed and a full bath. All three bedrooms have 32" flat screen TVs. The bedrooms on this floor have ceiling fans and all of the bedrooms feature sizable closets. We supply bed linens which will be left on each bed for you. The washer, dryer, and an additional refrigerator are also located on the 2nd floor. An ironing board and iron are stored in the hall closet. On the top floor, you'll find the living area with a big screen Roku TV. The enormous dining table seats 8 with additional seating for 4 at the bar. The kitchen has plenty of counter space and storage, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, electric stove, microwave, and toaster oven. It's well outfitted with a coffee maker, Keurig, electric can opener, blender, crock pot, hand mixer, electric griddle, 2 sets of dishes, and plenty of pots and pans. The half bath is also located on this floor. The top deck, opening off the dining/living area, has a table and chairs for 4 and 2 lounges. If you're an early riser, have your morning coffee and watch the charming sunrise over the ocean. Unwind in the evening and watch the reflection of the setting sun on the water and the moon rise. Most days you can see dolphins and the brown pelicans are usually out diving for fish. The hot tub is located on the lower deck, with access from 2 of the bedrooms, including the master bedroom. This deck also offers an unobstructed view of the ocean. Just across Rt. 12, within walking distance, is a convenience store and a very nice little surf shop that offers surf lessons. The major grocery store on the island, Food Lion, is about 17 miles south in Avon.

- June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. To get the largest rental within your budget, we recommend reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at Hatteras restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months. Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
