Feel that collective breezy vibe at SUMMER’S WIND SALVO, a five-bedroom/three-bathroom home that sits in a peaceful, tree-filled neighborhood just a fast walk from the beach.

There’s plenty to appreciate about this private setting, especially the private pool and surrounding patio that provides an inviting space to spend an afternoon with a good book and nowhere else to be. Throw some burgers on the charcoal grille and savor the shade of a picnic table under the home for a leisurely lunch. There’s a fish cleaning station here, too, along with a convenient outdoor shower.

Four of the home’s bedrooms are located on the first level. A room with two sets of bunk beds, another with two single beds, and a third bedroom with a queen all share a jack-and-jill bathroom. A king master bedroom features a private bath with a shower. All of the bedrooms, except the bunk room, include Intelligent TVs.
