On the ground level, a fish cleaning tabl and a gas grille make preparing meals a breeze. Soak up the sun in the private swimming pool. The entry level features a roomy game room. Also, right outside of the game room is a covered area with a picnic table. A sizable outdoor shower is available for your convenience after a long day on the beach playing in the sand and splashing in the ocean waves.
Two ocean-side primary bedrooms have private baths, TVs, and sliding glass doors that access the covered decks. Two others include a shared bathroom. These rooms are well suited for kids and adolescents alike and includes a TV in the twin room.
The third level invites you with a generous great room, ideal for calming after a long day in the sand and sun. The great room is equipped with a Samsung intelligent TV. Also, on this level is a cavernous master suite with private bath. Prepare those treasured family recipes in the well-equipped kitchen.
