Latitude Adjustment is your ideal semi-oceanfront dream home! Only 1 lot back from the ocean in Avon, this home is ideal for the entire family. The fun does not stop after a day at the beach! Savor the striking ocean vistas from the decks on all levels, the sunset vistas from the top floor sound side deck, a private pool, or a hot tub.

Ground Level: Ground Level Conveniences include a entirely gated private pool with a hot tub, a private driveway for parking up to 8 cars, an outside shower, a park-style charcoal grille, and close by beach access. The entry door is through the covered parking area into the entry with a laundry area and a sizable closet to store your beach gear.

Mid Level: As you make your way up to the mid-level, you will find 4 bedrooms. Bedroom #1 is a Queen Bedroom with a flat-screen TV and deck access that shares a jack-n-jill full bathroom with Bedroom # 2, containing a DuoBunk (Twin over Full), flat-screen TV and deck access. Bedroom #3 is a Queen Bedroom with a flat-screen TV, deck access and shares a jack-n-jill full bathroom with Bedroom #4, which is furnished with 2 Twin beds, a flat-screen TV, and deck access. From the covered deck, you can access the pool area, hot tub, or the top-level sun deck.

Top Level: You are greeted by a Great room with vaulted ceilings, enormous windows overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, flat-screen cable TV/DVD, and deck access with ocean vistas. The dining area seats 8 with a wet bar/sink combo. The well-equipped kitchen has refreshed appliances, a breakfast bar seating 5, and deck access. Off the Great Room is access to Bedroom #5, the King Master Bedroom with a flat-screen TV, deck access and sunroom access with sound vistas, and a private full bathroom with a whirlpool tub and shower. As a additional, make your way up to the loft, from the dining area, which has seating for 6.

Extras: Private Pool, Hot Tub, 6 TVs, sunroom, wet bar, sun decks, charcoal grille, infant gate, high chair, books, and an outside shower. No Smoking/Vaping. Dogs Welcome. Linens and towels are included all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep couches, top bunk beds, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
