Ocean lovers and ice cream connoisseurs can walk to the ocean and Dairy Queen. Stargazers and sun lovers can lounge on the nearly 40-foot high sundeck with 360-degree vistas. This home is located on a huge canal-front lot and is only two homes from the sound front. The ground level has an outside shower, huge drive and grassy yard. The first floor has four bedrooms, two full baths, a laundry area, and outside decking. The second story has a enormous living area, comfortable furnishings, and great vistas from a sizable deck. The well-equipped kitchen can serve hungry guests at the breakfast bar, dining area, or on the upper deck. A nice main bedroom and full bath round out the second floor. The outside sundecks provide ideal southern exposure with the second-floor deck supporting a bubbly hot tub on the screened porch.
