Greet the sun every morning at House of the Rising Sun. This superb ocean-side home is an painless walk from the ocean, located on a peaceful street with direct beach access. It has a very inviting pool, a brand-new seven-person hot tub, and an outside shower. This home features horseshoe pits and two cruiser bicycles to savor! The first floor has a game room with a mini-refrigerator, a pool table, a TV, laundry facilities, and deck access to the pool and hot tub.

This floor also includes a full bath with semi-private access to a bedroom, which consists of deck. On the second floor, the guest bedroom also has deck access. The third bedroom has two bunk beds and a TV and DVD player. The fourth bedroom has a full bath and deck access. The bedrooms all have TVs.

he third-floor living level is open with vaulted ceilings, enormous windows, and decks providing sound and ocean vistas. It also includes a cavernous dining area, an entertainment center with a TV and DVD player, and a sectional. The gorgeous, updated kitchen provides everything you need, including a breakfast bar. House of the Rising Sun is within walking distance of REAL Watersports for all kiteboarding enthusiasts and local eateries and bars.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already supplied in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to family pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

• Just prior to departing, complete a final walk-through to confirm you didn't forget any personal items. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Go through the property a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the host isn't available, take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
