Greet the sun every morning at House of the Rising Sun. This superb ocean-side home is an painless walk from the ocean, located on a peaceful street with direct beach access. It has a very inviting pool, a brand-new seven-person hot tub, and an outside shower. This home features horseshoe pits and two cruiser bicycles to savor! The first floor has a game room with a mini-refrigerator, a pool table, a TV, laundry facilities, and deck access to the pool and hot tub.
This floor also includes a full bath with semi-private access to a bedroom, which consists of deck. On the second floor, the guest bedroom also has deck access. The third bedroom has two bunk beds and a TV and DVD player. The fourth bedroom has a full bath and deck access. The bedrooms all have TVs.
he third-floor living level is open with vaulted ceilings, enormous windows, and decks providing sound and ocean vistas. It also includes a cavernous dining area, an entertainment center with a TV and DVD player, and a sectional. The gorgeous, updated kitchen provides everything you need, including a breakfast bar. House of the Rising Sun is within walking distance of REAL Watersports for all kiteboarding enthusiasts and local eateries and bars.
