The four suites and bunk room each have their own TV. And the tower has a sleeper couch and vistas of the ocean and sound. The great room features dramatic 20-foot cathedral ceilings and the home's sizable rooms open out to 1,800-square-foot decks and porches, giving you a feeling of spaciousness throughout. The family room/game room is a great place to hang out with the kids, and you'll have a single-car garage, a huge heated pool, a deluxe five-person hot tub, and a secluded tower room. The kitchen makes for a great place to start the day without feeling like you are missing out on all the fun while cooking! You'll have everything you need to make meals for the gang. The elevator makes this an ideal getaway for families with older members and modest kids.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already supplied in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to family pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is complimentary parking available for 5 cars.
4 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 60 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

- Go through the rental a final time and look for damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.

Alternatively, if something went awry, other families will will be grateful for your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review.
