The four suites and bunk room each have their own TV. And the tower has a sleeper couch and vistas of the ocean and sound. The great room features dramatic 20-foot cathedral ceilings and the home's enormous rooms open out to 1,800-square-foot decks and porches, giving you a feeling of spaciousness throughout. The family room/game room is a great place to hang out with the kids, and you'll have a single-car garage, a huge heated pool, a deluxe five-person hot tub, and a secluded tower room. The kitchen makes for a great place to start the day without feeling like you are missing out on all the fun while cooking! You'll have everything you need to make meals for the gang. The elevator makes this an ideal getaway for families with older members and modest kids.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already supplied in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to family pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is complimentary parking available for 5 cars.
4 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 60 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Located in Waves, this vacation home is near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Pea Island National Wildlife Refuge and Outer Banks Beaches. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
- Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer renters an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gasoline expenses. - Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected everything. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
- Leave feedback! Property managers rely on good feedback to drive future bookings. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationers will be thankful you shared your review and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective.
