Devon's Landing raises the bar for sound-front design and amenities. The ground level has concrete parking, a shower with a lavatory, an outdoor toy box, board racks, and an under-home entry. On the first level, bedroom one is a master suite with a king-size bed, a private bathroom, and access to a screened porch with a hot tub and a hammock. Bedroom two has a king-size bed as well, while bedroom three has twin beds.

Retreat to the sound-front den with a TV/DVD player, an Xbox, a Wii system, and a queen-size sofabed. Endless glass ensures stardom for the second-level great room, offering tall ceilings, an entertainment center, a computer, and an broad, furnished sound-front sundeck. Demanding chefs and hungry guests will thrive in the all-equipped granite kitchen with a breakfast bar and a bespoke dining table. Fall in adore with the stylishly furnished living area with a gas fireplace, an entertainment system, as well as a fax machine, a computer, and a printer. When to visit Avon & When to reserve a Avon rental home:

  • The sooner you can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable properties are booked very early. Reserving your vacation rental six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental property.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. To book the largest rental within your budget, we recommend reserving in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons.   • Double-check every room of the rental property to make sure that you've packed everything at check-out. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
