Bright and colorful like the mighty fish, this four-bedroom/three- and one-half-bath home is just a short walk to the beach, close to prime fishing on the sound, and perched on a lake for some backyard bird watching.
A mahi mural greets you as you pull up and park your cars in the cavernous driveway or under the home. Here you will find a grilling area complete with both gas and charcoal grilles, and a picnic table. Spend the evenings under the nighttime sky next to the lake on the lawn in a comfortable Adirondack chair and reminisce on the day’s events. Make use of the convenient outdoor shower to clean up after a day in the sun, then step inside to a laundry room on the first level. Climb the stairs to the second level and discover the main living area. Bright, airy, and freshly furnished, your family will adore being together as you make new vacation memories with great meals prepped in the gorgeously equipped kitchen, appreciating them around the six-seat dining table or gathering to watch the sizable Intelligent TV. You’ll most certainly be drawn to the adjacent covered deck to soak in the six-person hot tub, savor a casual meal at the picnic table or simply sink into an Adirondack chair to appreciate the vistas.
