OCEANSIDE – Frisco Have you ever considered how a sunset can ignite the memory of a ideal day? Feel it for yourself at SUNSET CELEBRATION, a five-bedroom/three-full and one-half-bath home that gives you every reason to celebrate each day from sunrise to sunset.

A natural fence of mature trees surrounds this home with plenty of privacy and a welcome sense of ease. On the ground level, a cargo lift, gas grille, enormous outdoor shower and lighted fish-cleaning station adds the effortlessness of settling into vacation mode. Also on the ground level is a brand-new game room, teasing and testing your competitive nature with a pool table, card table and complemented by a bar area, sizable-screen Intelligent TV and a convenient half-bath.

Four bedrooms occupy the lower level: a master king suite with a private bath; and two queen bedrooms that share a hallway bath with a bunk room featuring two sets of single bunk beds. All the bedrooms feature new beds and Roku Intelligent TVs. On the second level deck is a six-person hot tub, the ideal place to wind down each evening and search for shooting stars. The final bedroom, a master king suite with private bath, walk-in closet and private deck is located on the top level, as is the home’s great room. This airy and open space is ideal for keeping up with your favorite shows on the huge-screen Intelligent TV, appreciating some down time after a day of island adventures and gathering your family for long and leisurely meals at the six-seat dining room table. Prep those meals in the roomy and well-equipped kitchen featuring granite counter tops, an eat-at breakfast counter and a slider out to a deck where a picnic table and gas grille awaits the BBQ master. As for those sunsets, you’ll have a front row seat from the sound-facing deck as they put on a show each evening. That’s when you’ll revel in your decision to book SUNSET CELEBRATION.

New for 2023: This year brings impressive updates to the home. A game room with a pool table and poker table has been installed including a half bath, full refrigerator, and a huge Intelligent TV. The front deck will be redone, and new, Constructed to Last® outdoor furnishings has been placed for your enjoyment and relaxation Whether you are gazing through the windows, gathering for a meal, or just enjoying the company of your group; you can appreciate the "new home" feeling. The top level of this home features brand-new furnishings in the master king suite. All 6 TVs have been upgraded to Roku Intelligent TVs, ideal for an evening movie while you wind down after a day of adventure. Speaking of winding down, savor a blissful nighttime's sleep in a brand-new bed, placed in every bedroom. Lights throughout the home will be replaced and you can be sure your stay at SUNSET CELEBRATION will be bright and joyful

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.

Located in Frisco, this vacation home is near the beach. Scotch Bonnet Marina and Frisco Mini Golf and Go Karts are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Outer Banks Beaches and Buxton Woods Coastal Preserve. Frisco Native American Museum and Buxton Seafood are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
