There is an enclosed garage with dry entry to the ground level where you'll find the game room with pool table, wet bar with refrigerator, ice maker, and microwave. Step outside to the private swimming pool with its own covered tiki bar (complete with mini refrigerator and sink) and 6-person hot tub! You will find a half bath accessible via the pool area and an enclosed outside shower. On this level is a queen master suite, handicap friendly, with TV and a private accessible bathroom/shower. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
• The earlier your group can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental homes are booked early. Reserving your vacation home up to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your vacation rental.
