SEMI-OCEANFRONT Avon - Kinnakeet Shores - SUMMER SURFER provides an broad living area and with its location just one lot back from the ocean, summer surfing is closer than ever.
Take a dip in the private swimming pool, and even savor it at nighttime with multi-color LED lights and ambient lighting in the pool area. The first level features four bedrooms (two master), three full baths, a laundry room, and a game room complete with pool table, refrigerator, and a microwave. Plus, survey the blue water from one of four decks, the connecting screened porch, or 6 person hot tub. The family will appreciate the second level great room master suite with Jacuzzi for two, and convenient half bath. Plan to enjoy many a meal in the dining area or the breakfast nook, fresh from the kitchen (complete with two dishwashers).

New for 2024: This year brings appealing updates! Three of the home's five bedrooms are being refreshed. The first level queen master that offers deck access will now be a king master bedroom. Also on the first level, the single bedroom is being converted to a queen and the bunkroom will now feature two single beds. New carpeting, furnishings, and beds will be added to all the updated bedrooms.

- In the Hatteras area, The sooner your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation rentals are reserved very early. Booking your rental home 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and book your rental.
- Summer time is high season in Avon. Reserving a rental home in Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
- Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer customers an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional fuel expenses.
