SEMI-OCEANFRONT Avon - Kinnakeet Shores - SUMMER SURFER provides an broad living area and with its location just one lot back from the ocean, summer surfing is closer than ever.

Take a dip in the private swimming pool, and even savor it at nighttime with multi-color LED lights and ambient lighting in the pool area. The first level features four bedrooms (two master), three full baths, a laundry room, and a game room complete with pool table, refrigerator, and a microwave. Plus, survey the blue water from one of four decks, the connecting screened porch, or 6 person hot tub. The family will appreciate the second level great room master suite with Jacuzzi for two, and convenient half bath. Plan to enjoy many a meal in the dining area or the breakfast nook, fresh from the kitchen (complete with two dishwashers).

New for 2024: This year brings impressive updates! Three of the home's five bedrooms are being refreshed. The first level queen master that offers deck access will now be a king master bedroom. Also on the first level, the single bedroom is being converted to a queen and the bunkroom will now feature two single beds. New carpeting, furnishings, and beds will be added to all the updated bedrooms.
New for 2023: New kitchen refrigerator. New beds in both queen bedrooms. New dining table in screen-in porch.

Sticking to a spending budget:

  • Summer is high season in Avon. Book your rental in Fall or Spring to get the benefit of gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities.
  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
