Escape to Frisco Bay on your next Hatteras Island vacation! Watersports enthusiasts are sure to appreciate this home's location right on the sound. The private boardwalk to the sound includes steps to the water so you'll be cooling off in no time. After a day of fun, catch an memorable sunset from two levels of outdoor decks on the backside of the home.

Catch the wind or the water right from your backyard! Not only is Hatteras Island a favorite location for kayaking and SUP, but it’s also one of the most sought-after destinations in the world for kiteboarding and windsurfing!

When entering the home, you'll find the game room equipped with a pool table, TV, stereo, and mini-refrigerator. Challenge friends to a game of pool or other games after a day in the sun. You'll also find a bedroom and half bathroom on this level.

As you reach the next level of the home, you'll find the remaining four bedrooms. All five bedrooms have TVs, so choosing your bedroom will not be hard. Two bedrooms have direct deck access so grab you can wake up to the serenity of the Island as you are surrounded by nature. You won't want to miss a sunset from this spot - they're unbeatable!

After reaching the third floor of the home, you'll notice the open floor plan. The roomy living areas offer plenty of seating for your whole crew. Take advantage of quality time together here. The kitchen and dining areas offer plenty of space for preparing delicious recipes and appreciating them together. Sip your morning cup of joe from the top deck as you overlook the sound. Peak from the loft above the living area to get ocean and sound vistas or curl up with a good book in this private space.

Striking Frisco beaches are just across Highway 12 with seasonal lifeguards so your family can swim and play at the beach with ease! Nearby Quarterdeck Restaurant is only a short walk away while other attractions, shopping, and eateries are only a short drive away. Located in Frisco, this vacation home is on the waterfront.   • Some hosts offer rate reductions for veterans and active duty military. Ask your host or property manager if special discounts are available for your family.
  • Property management companies typically offer customers an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gas expenses.   • If there's a certain Hatteras destination you simply love, browse properties that are either near by, or those that cater to your desires.

  • Be sure you get the host's contact number and entry/exit procedures for your rental.

  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Neighbors can often help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to enjoy a steak with a view, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all personal items. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Walk through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Hosts rely on great ratings to drive more reservations. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other families will appreciate that you share your experience find their best rental home. Remember to be objective.
