The private boardwalk to the sound includes steps to the water so you'll be cooling off in no time. Catch the wind or the water right from your backyard! Not only is Hatteras Island a favorite location for kayaking and SUP, but it’s also one of the most sought-after destinations in the world for kiteboarding and windsurfing!

When entering the home, you'll find the game room equipped with a pool table, TV, stereo, and mini-refrigerator. Challenge friends to a game of pool or other games after a day in the sun. You'll also find a bedroom and half bathroom on this level.

As you reach the next level of the home, you'll find the remaining four bedrooms. Four bedrooms have TVs, so choosing your bedroom will not be hard. Two bedrooms have direct deck access so grab you can wake up to the serenity of the Island as you are surrounded by nature. You won't want to miss a sunset from this spot - they're unbeatable!

After reaching the third floor of the home, you'll notice the open floor plan. The cavernous living areas offer plenty of seating for your whole crew. Take advantage of quality time together here. • Summertime is the most expensive season in coastal NC. Reserving a rental home in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months.
• In the Hatteras area, The earlier your group can book, the better your selection will be. The best vacation rentals are booked early. Booking your vacation property 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation home.
• Some owners offer discounts for veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if special offers are available for your group before you book.
• Booking websites usually offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection.
