There is even a poolside cabana half bath for convenient bathroom breaks. Or, step inside and take your pick of four bedrooms on this level, all with TVs. Two king bedrooms share a full bath and feature enchanting ocean vistas. There's also a bedroom with two bunk beds for the kids, and a queen bedroom, both with simple access to the hall bath. A first level game room with pool table offers everybody a respite from the beach. Upstairs, you'll find the king master bedroom with TV and top-of-the-world ocean vistas. The top level also features the broad great room with oceanfront dining area, living area with TV and easy access to the sunny oceanfront decks, with vistas of a shipwreck just off the beach. When you're looking for a home with a beautiful ocean view and an easy walk to the beach, you're definitely ready for BEACH FUN.

• Reserving a rental home in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes.
• Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during Winter holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Property management companies sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
• Property managers usually offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly costs 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for more information.
