OCEANVIEW Waves - Wimble Shores Dr. - DOWN BY THE SEA is just a short walk to the ocean or the sound for watersports access, just one block from eateries, and is loaded with great amenities such as cavernous 9' ceilings. The downstairs game room has a pool table, 32" flat screen TV, wet bar with refrigerator and access to the poolside deck with picnic table. Step down to the private saltwater pool and 6-person hot tub and relax your cares away. The mid-level features two king master suites and a bedroom with two singles - each with TV and direct deck access leading down to the pool and spa. Also on this level is the queen bedroom with TV/DVD (no cable) that shares a hall bath with the twin room. The top level great room, with vaulted ceilings and 50" TV and DVD player, features ocean to sound vistas. The roomy kitchen with pantry offers striking sound vistas as well from its upsized windows. Finishing this level is a king master suite with vaulted ceiling, TV, and vistas of ocean and sound. min. occupancy is 12. This home offers complimentary passes to the Rodanthe Fishing Pier for either fishing or sightseeing. Life is short and the place to be is DOWN BY THE SEA. (Fireplace seen in photos is not available for guest use.)

Find your perfect rental:

  • Booking in the Spring or Fall is an excellent way to save money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties.
  • Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Property management companies often offer their guests an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gasoline expenses.
