Ground Level: Outside you will find a carport that can accommodate up to 4 cars, an outside shower, and a entirely gated private pool. Inside is a Queen Bedroom with a flat-screen TV that shares a jack-n-jill bathroom with another Queen Bedroom with a flat-screen TV.

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, private bathroom, and deck access to the hot tub deck. Queen Bedroom with a flat-screen TV and deck access that shares a jack-n-jill bathroom with another Queen Bedroom with a flat-screen TV. Laundry area with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Great room with ocean vistas, flat-screen TV/DVD, and deck access. Kitchen with counter seating for 4, dining area seating for 8, deck access, and a half bath.

Linens and towels are included all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep couches, top bunk beds, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

About the Area

Located in Rodanthe, this vacation home is near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Cape Hatteras National Seashore and Pea Island National Wildlife Refuge, while Chicamacomico Life-Saving Station Historic Site and Museum and Studio 12 are cultural highlights. Rodanthe Pier and Ocean Air Sports are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Getting the most from your spending budget:

  • The earlier you can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental homes are booked very early. Booking your vacation property six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental property.

  • Property management companies sometimes offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. Ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your group.
  • Property managers typically offer their guests an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses.
