Inside, choose from four comfortable bedrooms, a queen master bedroom with private bath and two bedrooms (one with queen bed and one with 2 sets of bunk beds) which share a full bath are on the mid-level, while a king master bedroom with private bath featuring walk-in shower and Jacuzzi tub is located on the top level. There is a game room on this level featuring a foosball table and electronic dart board, a mini-refrigerator, a flat-screen TV, and a door to the mid-level deck where you can find a calming three-person hot tub. Head upstairs and savor spending time in the great room with vaulted ceiling, wood accents and sectional couch in front of the enormous flat screen TV. The dining table is located alongside the well-appointed kitchen with breakfast bar, granite countertops and convenient pantry. Find your best deal:

Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
• In the Hatteras area, The sooner your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best vacation rentals are booked early. Booking your vacation rental up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental home.
• Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer special rates for veterans. Ask your property manager if special offers are available for your group before you book.
• Property managers usually offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance. • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to book the best tours, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
• Lock your rental while you are out and about. Protect your property!
• Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all personal belongings. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
