Ground Level: Ground-level amenities include a roomy pool area with charcoal and gas grilles, 2 outdoor showers with hot water, a fish cleaning table, a basketball hoop, and a driveway that accommodates up to 6 cars. As you enter the home, you are greeted by a cavernous game room with a pool table, a cable TV, and a wet bar with a refrigerator and a microwave. There are also 2 bedrooms on this level. Bedroom #1 is a Queen bedroom with a TV and access to a full bathroom off the hallway. Bedroom #2 is a spacious King bedroom with an ensuite full bathroom, a TV, and access to the covered pool deck.
Mid Level: The middle level has an additional sitting area with a TV, 3 bedrooms, and a laundry area. Bedroom #3 is furnished with 2 Twin beds and bedroom #4 is furnished with a Queen bed and a TV. Bedrooms #3 and #4 share a spacious full bathroom. Bedroom #5 is a Queen bedroom with a TV and an attached private full bathroom. Bedrooms #4 and #5 savor ocean vistas with direct access to the oceanfront deck, hot tub, and hammock.
Top Level: As you make your way to the top floor, you are greeted by the spacious great room with high ceilings and enormous windows that provide plenty of light and ocean vistas! The top floor features a entirely modernized, fully equipped, chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar that seats 3, and two dining tables that seat a total of 14. A half bathroom is also conveniently located off the kitchen area. The living area provides comfortable seating and a TV. Roomy sun decks off the living and dining area give you front-row seats to the sunrise and spectacular vistas of the dunes, beach, and ocean.

Linens and towels are included all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep couches, top bunk beds, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Sticking to a spending budget:
- Summer is high season in the Hatteras area. Booking a rental in Fall or Spring months is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes.
- Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Owners sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if discounts are available for your family.
- Property management companies frequently offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance protection.
