- No events of any kind
- Guests are limited to the number of guests listed on the reservation
- No smoking of any kind; A minimum fee of $500 will be charged for any evidence of smoking on the property. This will be applied to remediate if necessary.
- Please note that all family pets must be declared at the time of booking. If an unauthorized pet is discovered on the premises during your stay, a fee of $100 will be charged. This is in addition to any standard pet costs that have been previously agreed upon. Thank you for respecting our property rules.
- Guest must be 25 years old or older to rent this property.
- Quiet hours after 10pm - please be respectful of our striking neighbors!
- Please be respectful of our property - we will charge for replacement of damaged items.
- 2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 60 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Just reach out to us on the app!
- An additional $100 fee will be applied for any unauthorized pets found during your stay.
