The beach is an painless ~10-min. walk from the home with deeded access on Cutlass Ln and Merrimac Ln

Please note that this property has a pool available in season (roughly the end of April through mid-October) that can be heated for $400 a week.

  • To book the most suitable rental within budget, we highly recommend booking in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at popular Hatteras attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
  • The earlier your group can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental properties are booked very early. Booking your rental home six - twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and book your vacation rental.
  • Property management companies sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your group.
