SOUNDSIDE Salvo – Wind Over Waves – Easing into your vacation is like a day at the beach at SPITTIN’ KITTY, a seven bedroom/seven full- and one-half-bath home located in an modren community of gracious homes that share a 100-foot pier and boat ramp on Pamlico Sound. The ocean is close and effortlessly walkable, too, making this home the rare gem that fulfills everybody’s vacation wish list, including up to two dogs, who are welcome.

Arrive, park and comfortably transport your suitcases and groceries into the home via a convenient elevator. Note the backyard volleyball net and get motivated for some heated action that is rewarded by a cool down in the private swimming pool. Fix yourself a drink at the screened-in poolside tiki bar and hit the four-person hot tub for a calming soak. The outdoor facilities also include a full outdoor bath with a shower and toilet, a convenience you’ll find rather useful.
