OCEANFRONT Hatteras Village — Lighthouse Rd. — Oh, infant! The sun is shining, the ocean is calling, and you’ve got your extended family or friends ready to create those vacation memories you’ll hold onto forever. That’s when having just the right home that seamlessly accommodates everybody makes all the difference. Welcome to BEACH BABIES, a seven-bedroom/five-full and two-half-bath home that provides a hideaway for the ages.

Perched on a calming beach in a peaceful cul-de-sac, BEACH BABIES offers simple access via a short walkway to the sandy shore. Spend a day in the surf or building castles in the sand before returning to your own kingdom of pure bliss. Savor a exhilarating dip in the private pool, an afternoon nap in a chaise lounge, or a calming soak in the 8-person hot tub. There’s a fish cleaning station to rinse off your catch, two outdoor showers to rinse off yourself, and a gas grille to show off your BBQ skills. Inside on the ground level is a game room featuring a foosball table; wet bar with a full-size refrigerator, sink, and microwave; a 60-inch Intelligent TV, sound bar; and a deck with access to the pool area. Topping off the ground level is a convenient half-bath and a roomy master king bedroom with an ensuite bath and Intelligent TV.

Four more luxuriously comfortable bedrooms, all equipped with Intelligent TVs occupy the mid-level: two master kings feature ensuite bathrooms and oceanfront covered deck access; a west-facing queen with access to a private covered deck; shares a full hallway bath with a kid-friendly room with two pyramid bunk beds. A laundry room is also located on this level. The remaining two bedrooms, a queen with a private deck and a king bedroom are located on the top level and share a hallway bath.

The top level is also where you will discover the heart and soul of this home, the place where everybody ultimately comes together for great meals, captivating conversations, and connecting to the sand, sea, and sky from cavernous decks that boast impressive vistas. The enormous kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances, tons of cookware, plentiful cabinets, and ample counter space makes cooking meals a breeze. Between the sizable five-stool breakfast counter and the ten-seat dining table, everybody can dine together, with a wall of windows revealing an ocean view worthy of the moment. The great room, too, with plentiful seating is a relaxing space to wind down the evening watching the Intelligent TV above the fireplace. A half-bath completes this level.

In the kitchen, new countertops will be installed. New Constructed to Last® captain's chairs are waiting for you on the decks, all of which have new railings. Get the most from your spending budget:

  • Book your vacation in Fall or Spring months to get the benefit of gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.
  • The earlier you can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked early. Reserving your rental property 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.

  • Property managers usually offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses.
