With an elevator located off the covered carport and reaching all levels of the home, packing in and out is a breeze. A paved driveway offers plenty of parking for your whole crew. After a long day of fun in the sun, rinse off sand and salt in the outdoor shower just a few steps from the back door.
Once you walk inside, you'll notice the game room featuring a pool table, a huge TV, a dartboard, a microwave, and a wine cooler. Quality family time is sure to be appreciated here! A half bathroom is on this floor for added convenience as well as a main bedroom with a king bed. Ride the elevator to the second level where you'll find the laundry room with a high-efficiency washer and dryer. Take your pick from two main bedrooms with king beds - one with deck access. Private pools are open for use from the arrival weekends from April 1 to October 13, 2023.
Guests have access to our pool at Club Hatteras; located at 41156 Hwy 12, Avon. The pool is typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day- weather permitting and subject to close without notice.

Parking notes: There is complimentary parking available for 2 cars.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Located in Avon, this vacation home is near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Cape Hatteras National Seashore. - Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Hatteras area. Booking your Hatteras vacation rental in Spring or Fall is an excellent way to save on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
- Property managers often offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses.
