Head in the direction of spectacular Compass Rose. This uniquely designed home calls the Brigands Bay waterfront home. Compass Rose has every amenities. The ground level has good parking, an outdoor shower, a renter's storage cage, a basketball hoop, and a enormous boat dock. The all-weather entry leads to a recreation room with a pool table and a TV or to the lower vestibule with a half bath. The first level has three waterfront bedrooms with decks and two baths. The first bedroom has a private bath. The second-level great room has tall ceilings, broad sun decks, and bragging rights to the island's best vistas. A comfortable glass-walled living area catches all east-facing and water vistas. The dining area with an adjacent hot tub room follows the sun from rising to set. The elegant kitchen with a breakfast bar is great for everything from crepes to crabs. A sizable third-level bedroom, with a private bath and a TV and DVD player, has world-class vistas.
