Located nearly equal distance from both the ocean and Pamlico Sound — with vistas of each visible from multiple decks — this cavernous four-bedroom/three full and two-half bath home checks all the boxes for those seeking the quintessential Hatteras Island experience.
One of those boxes is that you can bring up to two dogs, so no family member is left behind. If you’re hoping to get some fishing in, there’s a fish cleaning table and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day in or on the water. Hang out in the lower level’s media room featuring a roomy sectional couch to watch the Intelligent TV and a modest drink refrigerator to keep your beverages sufficiently chilled. There’s a appreciate seat/single sleeper couch and a half-bath here, too.
The first level is home to three of the home’s four bedrooms including a queen master bedroom with ensuite bath and a queen and two single bunk beds that share a full hallway bathroom. All of these rooms have access to a covered deck.
