A long private driveway leads you to the front door where you can step inside and choose from four bedrooms on the first level to appreciate a comfortable nighttime's rest. There is a queen bedroom with TV/DVD and a queen bedroom that share a full bath, a bedroom with two singles and another queen bedroom that share another full bath. A central sitting area completes this floor with a comfortable couch and TV/DVD and slider to a sizable deck with hammock and seat.

When it's time to relax, your instincts will lead you outside to the first floor deck and the relaxing covered porch w/ hot tub. On the top level you'll find the airy great room, sun soaked with ocean front windows and sun decks. The well-kept kitchen will keep the prepare occupied, and the family can savor the evening meal in the dining area with beautiful vistas, or step outside to the breezy screened porch for picnic-style fare. The living room entices you with accommodating seating, gas log fireplace, TV/DVD and convenient half bath. The king master bedroom with TV/DVD, full bath and slider are on this upper floor. A captain's watch with table and chairs is ideal for the family card game or simply gazing at the ocean and sound vistas while sipping on your morning coffee.

  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Locals can often help. Who better to ask where to launch your kayaks, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
  • Double-check every room of the rental property to make sure that you've packed all personal items at departure. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the rental a final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take photographs of the property to record its condition at check-out.
