“Wait-n-Sea” is freshly modernized. This adorable oceanside beachbox is a short walk to the beach. Located in the best neighborhood on Hatteras Island. With wide streets it offers ample room for walking the dog, strollers, running, or bicycle riding, you can go two miles in a big loop and never go out on highway 12. Salvo is a peaceful little village where you can relax, relax, and let your troubles float away. The home offers a sizable open concept living, dining, and refreshed kitchen featuring a 10' peninsula superb for entertaining. Savor your morning coffee at the breakfast bar or take it outside rocking on the private screened porch. Down the hall you will find 3 cavernous bedrooms and 2 refreshed bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed and an attached master bath. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, while the third bedroom features two sets of bunk beds. The home has 4 TVs, one in each bedroom and one in the living room. Each TV is equipped with Roku to make streaming via your favorite app simple and painless or watch cable via the spectrum app. The home is completely concreted bellow with an outdoor shower, park grille, and space to park a modest car. Don't worry we haven't forgotten about Fido as are home is equipped with a dog pen to provide them with their own outdoor space.
