Our home features 8 Master Suites, spectacular living and dining areas, private pool and modern game room (7 foot pool table)! Our home has now been completely upgraded with all new wood and tile floor, high end furnishings, all new beds and box springs, (please no wet suits on leather or beds!) and new upgrades including brand new double oven and washer / dryer. Of course, all kitchen ware is refreshed regularly.
Located on the edge of the Cape Hatteras National Seashore Preserve, last development in Salvo, South Beach is for discriminating renters who want the best of sun, sand and waves! Spectacular wide private beach on the edge of the nature park with plenty of space for sunbathing and surfing! Next to 12 miles of the pristine seashore of the National Park!
Our home features expansive vistas of the ocean, park and sound from our living areas. Many amenities - Huge kitchen with 2 cooktops (including JennAir grille), 2 dishwashers, 2 sinks, double oven, island prep and cooking area, and granite counters and breakfast bar (seats 4)! Roomy open living room / dining room with plenty of space for calming. Dining room table seats 10. Wonderful birds' eye view from our comfortable breakfast nook with seating for 4 more! Surround sound systems inside and out on the upper and pool levels.
Cavernous Private Bedrooms, each with it's own private bath and TV! 3rd floor king master suite with Jacuzzi and separate shower in bath. 2nd Floor: 3 King Master Suites (1 with hottub tub and shower), and 2 Bunk Bed Bedroom Master Suite, Laundry Area. First Floor: 1 King Master Suite and 2 Queen Master Suites, Giant Game Room and Bar and separate pub table. Bar has 2 TVs for those sporting fans! Cable TV in living room, bar and each bedroom! Elevator makes grocery stocking and bags handling a breeze!
Our private salt water Dolphin Pool may be completely heated, weather permitting! The pool area also features a private Outside Shower and Bathroom and an additional outside shower. Wrap around decks on all three floors for plenty of outside sunshine and air! Two outside deck picnic areas. Lots of outside seating with handsome vistas of the ocean and sound. Basketball and horseshoe area and outside barbeque grille. Sorry, but the volleyball keeps biting the dust due to wind! We have a cabana area for sun screening and seating by double grilles to make outside meal prep a breeze.
South Beach features a pristine, charming beach which is a short walk from the home (less than 5 mins.) Community access to the beach from a general use boardwalk (about 500 feet long over private dunes) to an unbelievably long, wide, and secluded beach. One of a kind. Next to the nature park, so there is plenty of room and privacy! Parking available by the boardwalk area. A gentler sound side area beach for little ones is also part of our development, right across Highway 12 with bathroom access.
