SEMI-OCEANFRONT Waves - Sea Vista Dr - BLUE WAVES was made for calming.
Appreciate a anxiety-complimentary day out by the shining private pool, complete with a tiki bar with a mini refrigerator, sink, and ice machine, where you have room to host the family while the kids play. Or take the fun to the beach via the community boardwalk.

Come back inside to the game room and spend hours playing games of pool or foosball. You don’t even have to leave the floor to put the kids asleep, let them rest in one of the three rooms, one room has three single beds that shares a bathroom with a room that has a set of regular bunk beds. One master bedroom with a private bathroom completes the downstairs.

Walking to the next floor has never been easier, BLUE WAVES has stairs inside and outside to access all levels. Sink into the hot tub on the covered deck that overlooks the pool area or rest your eyes in one of the four bedrooms on the first floor.

Walk up to the next floor, and prepare a meal in the handsome kitchen that has a breakfast area for a fast bite or gather the family for a meal in the dining area. A screened porch with a picnic table offers an outside dining experience that you’ll remember forever as you listen to the sounds of Hatteras Island. The final master bedroom sits off the kitchen with a private bathroom.

After the day, comfortable up in the great room, complete with beautiful vaulted ceilings and watch the ocean or appreciate TV with surround sound.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.

  • Summer months are the most expensive season in Waves. To find the best value, change your trip dates to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and October offer pleasant weather, , and reduced traffic.
  • Some property managers offer promotional rates for veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Property management companies usually offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally will cost you 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for additional information.
