Native Sun has gorgeous vistas of both the ocean and Cape Hatteras Lighthouse. With 4,000 square feet, Native Sun is located along Buxtons' beach and very close to the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse. The ground level has beach access, a private pool, a hot tub, showers, and a fish-cleaning table.

There are six primary bedrooms with private bathrooms, including one with a roll-in shower/sink; four have deck access. One guest bedroom has access to a semi-private hall bath.

A media room/den opens to decking. Topside Native Sun opens to a cathedral ceiling and includes a game table and a professionally decorated living area with a fireplace and an entertainment center. An exceptional kitchen with a wet bar, double fridges, dishwashers, and close by ocean vistas, and a dining area should satisfy the most demanding chefs.

Other perks include a washer/dryer, elevator, a recreation room with a refrigerator, a wet bar, a pool table, and a media area.

Located in Buxton, this vacation home is on the waterfront. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Some hosts and property managers offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Ask your property manager if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Booking websites typically offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance protection.   • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disrespectful vacationers bothering your peace and quiet. Apply the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great restaurants and places you would've never otherwise known about!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Neighbors can typically help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to order the best nachos, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Just before checking out, complete a walk-through to make sure you haven't forget anything. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Did your group have a wonderful time? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for vacationers to provide comments. If your rental and/or property management company was fantastic, they would love to hear about it.
