The main floor has expansive vistas of the ocean, with open concept kitchen, living room, dining room and kitchen nook. The kitchen has a sizable island with a breakfast bar and seating. The living room has plenty of natural sunlight, cathedral ceilings, with fans and wood floors throughout. There is a beautiful new sectional couch, and plenty of comfortable seating for the whole family. The dining room and nook are roomy and cozy, with tons of board games for the whole family to appreciate.
Your entire family will revel in all the amenities this handsome home has to offer. Take advantage of the private in-home mini theater room with a 85" TV, surround sound, and seating for 9 adults. Spend time with family or friends playing pool while others in your event play cards at the 6 person poker table or making drinks at the wetbar. A total of 11 Intelligent TVs were added to this home in February 2023, including a new 65" Intelligent TV in the main living room.
There is something to do for everybody at Looney Dunes! Unwind by the enormous private pool, relax from a day at the beach in the six-person hot tub, chill out on the sunroom porch, or soak up rays from the huge furnished sun decks. The pool has a solar heater, which makes the water up to 15 degrees warmer at no additional fee to our guests!
Take a leisurely walk to the ocean, only steps away. A charcoal grille is ready to grille up the fresh catch of the day. With a cavernous great room, comfortable furnishings, and tasteful decor, Looney Dunes welcomes those that would like to escape to the ideal island hideaway.
