This extraordinary oceanfront home named "Looney Dunes" has everything you need and more to have the best vacation ever! Wake up to the calming sounds of the ocean and take full advantage of this 4,100-square-foot oceanfront beach home with 8 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. 5 bedrooms are master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. 7 king beds, one twin bed, and 2 bunk beds.

2024 updates: New 2-tier rear deck, 11 new Intelligent TVs 43"-85", new King beds w/ new linens, many interior updates. New LVP floor, remodeled upstairs master bath w double vanity, new upstairs half bath, new kitchen pantry, removed popcorn ceilings & fresh interior paint!

2025 updates to include: 2 additional new full bathrooms to make this home 8BR/8BA & brand new pool side tiki bar.

The main floor has expansive vistas of the ocean, with open concept kitchen, living room, dining room and kitchen nook. The kitchen has a enormous island with a breakfast bar and seating. The living room has plenty of natural sunlight, cathedral ceilings, with fans and wood floors throughout. There is a handsome new sectional couch, and plenty of comfortable seating for the whole family. The dining room and nook are roomy and cozy, with tons of board games for the whole family to appreciate.

Your entire family will revel in all the amenities this handsome home has to offer. Take advantage of the private in-home mini theater room with a 85" TV, surround sound, and seating for 9 adults. Spend time with family or friends playing pool while others in your event play cards at the 6 person poker table or making drinks at the wetbar. A total of 11 Intelligent TVs were added to this home in February 2023, including a new 65" Intelligent TV in the main living room.

There is something to do for everybody at Looney Dunes! Unwind by the huge private pool, relax from a day at the beach in the six-person hot tub, chill out on the sunroom porch, or soak up rays from the sizable furnished sun decks. The pool has a solar heater, which makes the water up to 15 degrees warmer at no additional fee to our guests!

Take a leisurely walk to the ocean, only steps away. A charcoal grille is ready to grille up the fresh catch of the day. With a cavernous great room, comfortable furnishings, and tasteful decor, Looney Dunes welcomes those that would like to escape to the ideal island hideaway.

This home comes with all linens, includes bed service made and bath towels for every stay year round. It also comes with toilet paper for each bathroom and a starter package of kitchen & bath supplies.
