Appreciate the salt air and ocean breezes from four levels of decking - a total of 2,400 square feet of outdoor living space. In addition to the east decks with ocean vistas, Grey Pearl Villa offers multiple west-facing decks for watching the sunsets over the sound and wildlife reserve. Inside, you'll have a whopping 6,400 square feet of living space - plenty of room for multiple or extended families to share. Eight bedrooms, each with ensuite baths, will give everybody in your group their own private getaway. When it's time to gather, choose from the main living area or massive rec room - there's certainly no shortage of opportunities to hang out and make memories. After a day at the beach or exploring Hatteras Island, come home and relax in the open-concept great room with expansive vistas of the ocean. Meal prep can be a family affair in the brand new kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, including a Thor range. After dinner, head upstairs and let the good times roll in the top-level event room. The entire fourth floor is dedicated to this broad entertainment space, furnished with a pool table, pub tables, seating and the best ocean view in the home. While the location is ideal for guests looking for a remote and natural setting, it's still just a four-min. drive from grocery and convenience stores, watersports, surf and fishing stores, delis, casual dining and take-out options. Be sure to set aside a day for a trip to Cape Hatteras, where you can climb the lighthouse, go driving on the beach, or hop on a ferry to Ocracoke. No family pets allowed. No smoking/vaping.
