Those feeling a competitive spirit will adore the basketball hoop outside and the recreation room just inside on the first level featuring a pool table, poker table, and a 55” flat screen TV plus a full bar area with a full-size refrigerator and microwave to keep snacks and drinks at the ready. Sticking to a budget:
- The sooner your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved very early. - Some hosts offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your group.
- Property management companies often offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for additional information.

- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like obnoxious vacationers bothering your peaceful home. Employ the golden rule for best judgement. If they like you, locals might even recommend great beaches and attractions you would've not otherwise known!
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Locals can frequently help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to launch your kayaks, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
- At departure, take a final walk-through to confirm you did not forget any personal items. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
