OCEANFRONT Frisco - Sandpiper Drive - If your family is looking for the ideal nesting place for vacation this year, look no further than LOGGERHEAD. Access to the beach from this home is rather painless with very little dune to cross. Three levels of ocean-facing decks provide space to bathe in the sun and savor the blue Atlantic water view. LOGGERHEAD also provides a west-facing deck on the top level for a comfortable perch to watch the sunset over the Pamlico Sound. Inside the first level of the home is the game room complete with ping pong table and wet bar with full size refrigerator and dishwasher and microwave. Just outside the slider is the deck overlooking the shining private swimming pool and the bubbly 6-person hot tub behind privacy lattice. The gas grille and outside shower are conveniently located on the pool deck. There are two sets of washer/dryers in this home, one set on the first level and another set on the mid-level in a laundry room with sink. Also on the first level of the home are three bedrooms; 1 queen, 2 singles (1 with hideaway trundle), 1 pyramid bunk with hideaway trundle. The mid-level of the home offers two king master bedrooms each with private bath, and two more queen bedrooms that share a bath between them. All four bedrooms have ocean vistas and sliders to the oceanfront deck. The last king master bedroom is located on the top level of the home and also offers a handsome blue water view and slider to the oceanfront deck. The cavernous great room provides expansive vistas of ocean and sound through its plentiful windows and sliders. The well-appointed kitchen offers high-grade appliances including dual dishwashers and a enormous breakfast bar providing flexibility to dinner-time seating options that also includes a sizable dining table. Located in Frisco, this vacation home is on the beach. Frisco Native American Museum and Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Frisco Mini Golf and Go Karts and Buxton Seafood. Uncle Eddy's Frozen Custard and 18-Hole Mini Golf and Surf's Up are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

  • Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are high season in Frisco. Booking a rental in the Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer customers an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost you 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional fuel expenses.
