Start your vacation off with a dip in the private swimming pool and relax poolside as the kids play in the poolside entertainment area with picnic table, gas grille, and lighted cooking area. Stroll into the ground level of the home to find an exercise room cardio equipment and TV to keep your workout routine going. Step up to the next level for the appealing game room, sure to entertain the group! Featuring pool table, huge screen TV and a wet bar with full size refrigerator and microwave, this will be a favorite room in the home. This level is also home to 3 bedrooms; a king master bedroom with private bath, another king bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds and a pyramid bunk, both sharing the common bathroom. Stepping up to the next level you will find a den with comfortable seating and flat screen TV. Of the four bedrooms on this level, three are king master bedrooms, each with private baths. The fourth bedroom has 2 double beds and uses the hall bath. The final (and cavernous) king master bedroom is found on the top level of the home, also with private master bath.

The great room impresses with handsome ocean vistas, vaulted ceilings and opulent décor. Unwind in front of the huge screen TV mounted atop the mantel or escape into the separate parlour with another big screen TV, enormous sectional and comfortable chairs. Preparing your meals is a breeze in the gourmet kitchen with high quality appliances including a sizable refrigerator, drink center, two dishwashers, and two 4-burner cooktops. Two large islands provide prep space and additional seating. And once the meal is prepared, there is no better place to appreciate your meal than the dining area with an ocean view from every seat. Cavernous decks off of each level of the home offer the ideal spot to relax in the sun or shade as you listen to the sounds of the island. The top-level deck offers both ocean and sound vistas for calming sunset or sunrise reveries.

  • Summer time is high season in Rodanthe. To book the largest rental within budget, we highly recommend reserving in the Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer rate reductions for active duty military and veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer their guests an option to purchase vacation insurance.
