Ground Level: Double-sided carport parking, one side with constructed-in tables and bench seating ideal for a poolside lunch or seafood feast and an outside shower. A few steps up to the gated private pool with infant pool, loungers, hot tub with lift assist, and ocean vistas. Inside you'll find a den with a full-size refrigerator, a pub table seating 8, a TV, and an elevator to all levels.

Level 2: Game room with pool table, deck access, sitting area with enormous-screen TV, and a game table seating 4. Kitchenette with full-size refrigerator, microwave, sink, and island seating for 4. Roomy theater room with leather reclining seating for 10, huge projection screen TV with Blu-ray player and surround sound. Adjacent to the kitchen are 2 dining areas, one with seating for 6, and a formal dining area with seating for 14. Linens and towels are included all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep couches, top bunk beds, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
