DOLPHIN VIEW HIDEAWAY's location offers completely unobstructed vistas of the ocean and direct ocean access via a private community boardwalk to the beach with no intervening homes. This, 6,580 sq. ft., premier home offers every major amenities including a private pool (heated for a fee), hot tub, elevator, theater room, game room with billiards, full linens year round with beds made, and even accepts dogs. It is one of the very best values and books quickly, so don't delay.

Ground Level: Double-sided carport parking, one side with constructed-in tables and bench seating ideal for a poolside lunch or seafood feast and an outside shower. A few steps up to the gated private pool with infant pool, loungers, hot tub with lift assist, and ocean vistas. Inside you'll find a den with a full-size refrigerator, a pub table seating 8, a TV, and an elevator to all levels.

Level 2: Game room with pool table, deck access, sitting area with huge-screen TV, and a game table seating 4. Kitchenette with full-size refrigerator, microwave, sink, and island seating for 4. Cavernous theater room with leather reclining seating for 10, sizable projection screen TV with Blu-ray player and surround sound. A half bathroom and the laundry room with a folding counter and utility sink. King Master Bedroom with TV, deck access, and a private bathroom with dual vanity. Bedroom with 2 Full/Full Bunk beds and a TV.

Level 3: Den with seating, huge TV, and deck access with pretty ocean vistas. 3 King Master Bedrooms each with TV, deck access, and private bathroom (one with dual vanity). King Bedroom with TV and deck access that shares a jack-n-jill full bathroom sporting dual vanities with a Bedroom with Full/Full Bunk and a TV.

Top Level: Elegant great room with splendid ocean vistas and overhead palm fans that sway from the vaulted ceilings. This beach heaven offers a gas fireplace, ocean-view deck access, and a enormous TV with Blu-ray DVD and surround sound. Kitchen with granite countertops, breakfast bar seating 4, double ovens, and double dishwashers to make cooking for your large group a breeze. Adjacent to the kitchen are 2 dining areas, one with seating for 6, and a formal dining area with seating for 14. Nearby is a half bath and a King Master Bedroom Suite with TV, deck access, and a private bathroom with dual vanity and tile shower. Also on this floor is an elevated loft with a TV, a table seating 4, and a balcony for a bird's eye view of the ocean. You won't believe how lavish the good life can be when you're living in DOLPHIN VIEW HIDEAWAY.

Linens and towels are included all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep couches, top bunk beds, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

IMPORTANT BOOKING NOTES/ LEASE AGREEMENT/ ADDITIONAL OPTIONAL FEES: Please read the RENTAL AGREEMENT during the booking process. Immediately after booking you will receive an e-mail with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement to complete your reservation.

We offer travel insurance to all guests as an option to purchase at that time. There may be additional optional costs charged to your reservation that may not be able to be listed on this site (examples: pet fee, pool heat, early check-in, security deposit, special events, etc).
