That balance is immediately evident when you discover the outdoor pool and six-person hot tub, alternately warmed by the sun and cooled by the sound’s breezes. The kids will appreciate splashing around in their own special constructed-in pool while the adults will appreciate hearing the splash of ice cubes at the poolside cabana bar. Just inside, beyond a convenient, tiled cabana bath, is a game room featuring a pool table, wet bar with a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave, flatscreen TV and entertainment center. More entertainment is found in the theater room featuring two comfortable couches, a sizable Intelligent TV and surround sound for the full movie experience. Also on this level are two stacked washer/dryers as well as a king bedroom with its own private bath and a room featuring two twin bunk beds with its own private bath. The second level of the home is devoted to restful moments as five ensuite bedrooms — three kings and two queens — feature flatscreen TVs and private deck access to witness some of the most spectacular sunsets you will ever see. A relaxing sitting area offers double-deck access accepting a cross breeze to flow freely. Another half bath can be found on the landing between the second and third levels.

Take the stairs, or the convenient elevator, to the third level where an open floor plan reveals inspiring vistas and an elegantly appointed space for everybody to gather together for those magical and memorable vacation moments. Cooking is hardly a chore in the chef’s kitchen, where dual-range, dual dishwashers, two sinks, a full-size refrigerator, and a smaller drink refrigerator make planning and creating your family’s meals a delight. There’s a breakfast bar that seats four and a 10-person dining table with full view of the sound. A new wall-mounted Intelligent TV in the great room, a comfortable place to wind down for the evening unless the irresistible pull of the sound’s gorgeous vistas calls you outside to take it all in from the roomy deck. Also on this level is a opulent king primary bedroom with a private deck for peaceful, secluded moments. The ensuite bath features a whirlpool tub, tiled shower, dual vanity, and a separate water closet. Lastly, a short flight of stairs leads to a crow’s nest where a dedicated workspace accepts you to enter the working world before escaping again into your vacation heaven.
