Welcome to your slice of heaven at Sea Gypsy. This newly refreshed home offers nearly 4000 sq. ft. of space to spread out, as well as striking expansive vistas of the Atlantic Ocean.

You will find an broad gourmet kitchen with double wall ovens, bespoke cabinets, and granite counters. The breakfast bar with swivel chairs is a great spot to gather and plan the day’s events. The huge dining table will fit everybody, and is also a great spot for family game nighttime. Take in a good book and appreciate the scenery from the top level sunroom. The queen en suite on this level features a sizable private bath with a jetted bathtub for soaking your cares away, as well as private access to the top level sun deck for overlooking the ocean.
The mid level offers five bedrooms, all with huge intelligent TVs for your viewing enjoyment, and all the comfort you are looking for in a vacation rental. The ground level has a bespoke wet bar with a modest refrigerator and freezer combo in the recreation room along with a elegant pool table and two sizable TVs to savor. The final two bedrooms are also on this level, both with large intelligent TVs. The king en suite has an attached private bath with a double sink and full shower stall. Avon is a great location, as you are close to world-famed kiteboarding areas, the Avon fishing pier, which often has music on the weekends, a full-service grocery store, eateries, and many stores to enjoy.
