Welcome to your slice of heaven at Sea Gypsy. This newly refreshed home offers nearly 4000 sq. ft. of space to spread out, as well as impressive expansive vistas of the Atlantic Ocean.

Take in the spectacular vistas, watching the sunrise and the dolphins frolic from all of the decks, as well as the top level great room and sunroom. Wake up to the sounds of the ocean before spending your days on the beach gathering shells, fishing, surfing, or just calming in the sun.

On the top level of Sea Gypsy, the cathedral ceilings in the great room and the professional decor throughout will sooth all of your cares away. The living area is elevated from the rest of the level by two stairs. Floor-to-ceiling windows surround the living and dining areas, accepting great vistas of the ocean. You will find an broad gourmet kitchen with double wall ovens, bespoke cabinets, and granite counters. The breakfast bar with swivel chairs is a great spot to gather and plan the day’s events. The sizable dining table will fit everybody, and is also a great spot for family game nighttime. Take in a good book and savor the scenery from the top level sunroom. The queen en suite on this level features a huge private bath with a jetted bathtub for soaking your cares away, as well as private access to the top level sun deck for overlooking the ocean.

The mid level offers five bedrooms, all with enormous intelligent TVs for your viewing enjoyment, and all the comfort you are looking for in a vacation rental. Two queen bedrooms, a king bedroom, and a bedroom with two twin beds share two full hall baths. The final bedroom on this level features a king bed and a private en suite bath. The three east-facing bedrooms all have vistas of the Atlantic Ocean and open up to the covered, furnished deck.

All of the bedrooms on this level are stunningly tasteful. There is also a laundry area with a washer and dryer to keep everything tidy. The sizable and bubbly hot tub is located on the mid level deck and also features ideal ocean vistas. Sit back and let your cares melt away!

The ground level has a bespoke wet bar with a modest refrigerator and freezer combo in the recreation room along with a charming pool table and two huge T.V.s to appreciate. The final two bedrooms are also on this level, both with large intelligent TVs. The king en suite has an attached private bath with a double sink and full shower stall. The queen en suite has floor-to-ceiling windows and private bath. Custom fabric curtains can be pulled all the way to the ceiling for a dramatic view or lowered all the way to the floor for privacy.

Outside, play a game of cornhole or hang out at the bespoke tiki bar with a fan and lights, with the sounds of the ocean offering the ideal backdrop. The fish cleaning table is close by and ideal for cleaning the catch of the day. The gas grille here will make those barbeques so painless to enjoy!

Avon is a great location, as you are close to world-famed kiteboarding areas, the Avon fishing pier, which often has music on the weekends, a full-service grocery store, eateries, and many stores to enjoy. The beaches are clean and you can walk for miles looking for shells, fishing, or just watching the waves.

Full linens are included and the beds are made for your convenience and comfort.

To protect the dunes, please walk between the sand fences. The home is big and gorgeous, and due to its size, it is not available for early arrivals.
