There are plenty of reasons this 6,136 sq. ft., eight-bedroom/seven-full and three-half-bath home will have you at hello.

The adjacent beach may immediately beckon, but so will the pool and hot tub that occupies a prime oceanfront space. About the Area

Located in Avon, this vacation home is on the beach. Studio 12 and Kinnakeet Clay Works are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Uncle Eddy's Frozen Custard and 18-Hole Mini Golf and Buxton Woods Nature Trail.
