Your troubles will feel miles away with a dip in the clear blue private pool, a soak in the close by hot tub and a favorite drink at the broad poolside Tiki bar. There are plenty of ways to remain entertained in the ground level game room with pool table, TV/DVD and wet bar with full size refrigerator and ice machine. Also on this level is a convenient half bath and two bedrooms, one with 2 bunk beds & one with 2 singles, that share a full bath. The convenient elevator which accesses the first 3 levels of the home will take you up to the second level where you'll find four more well-furnished and roomy bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms are oceanfront king masters, and there's also a king bedroom with a semi-private bath, and a queen bedroom. Head up to the third level, and escape to the grandiose great room. The well-equipped kitchen makes cooking a breeze with 2 dishwashers, warming drawer, additional seating, and close by is a wet bar. The dining area provides plenty of elbow room, and the living area is the ideal place to get away in front of the home theater system. Also on this level is a king master bedroom with Jacuzzi tub. For an idyllic getaway, take in a sunrise or sunset from one of the ocean or sound facing sun decks. Of course, the best way to escape is the private tower featuring king master suite with day bed, sitting room, private deck, and bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi tub. What are you waiting for? Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $5,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. About the Area

Located in Waves, this vacation home is on the beach. Chicamacomico Life-Saving Station Historic Site and Museum and Studio 12 are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Rodanthe Pier and Ocean Air Sports. Hatteras Island Boardsports and Avon Fishing Pier are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Sticking to a rental budget:

• To book the largest rental home within budget, we highly recommend booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite Hatteras restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
• Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your family qualifies for a discount.
• Property management companies typically offer customers an option to buy trip insurance protection.
