There are plenty of ways to remain entertained in the ground level game room with pool table, TV/DVD and wet bar with full size refrigerator and ice machine. Also on this level is a convenient half bath and two bedrooms, one with 2 bunk beds & one with 2 singles, that share a full bath. The convenient elevator which accesses the first 3 levels of the home will take you up to the second level where you'll find four more well-furnished and cavernous bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms are oceanfront king masters, and there's also a king bedroom with a semi-private bath, and a queen bedroom. Head up to the third level, and escape to the grandiose great room. The well-equipped kitchen makes cooking a breeze with 2 dishwashers, warming drawer, additional seating, and close by is a wet bar. The dining area provides plenty of elbow room, and the living area is the ideal place to get away in front of the home theater system. Also on this level is a king master bedroom with Jacuzzi tub. For an idyllic getaway, take in a sunrise or sunset from one of the ocean or sound facing sun decks. Of course, the best way to escape is the private tower featuring king master suite with day bed, sitting room, private deck, and bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi tub. What are you waiting for? • Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Summertime is high season in Waves. To find the most suitable rental home for your budget, we recommend booking in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
• Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for more information.
