Located on the beach, this vacation home is in Ocean Isle Estates, a neighborhood in Avon. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Cape Hatteras National Seashore. Hatteras Island Boardsports and Avon Fishing Pier are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

  • In the Hatteras area, The sooner your group can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are reserved early. Reserving your vacation property six - twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental.
  • Summer months are the most expensive season in coastal NC. Reserving a rental home in Spring or Fall is one of our best tips for saving money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Some hosts offer rate reductions for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if special discounts are available for your family before you book.
  • Property management companies frequently offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection.
