Located on the beach, this vacation home is in Ocean Isle Estates, a neighborhood in Avon. Studio 12 and Kinnakeet Clay Works are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Uncle Eddy's Frozen Custard and 18-Hole Mini Golf and Buxton Woods Nature Trail.
