The top level great room, professionally decorated with bespoke fabrics, features elegant ocean vistas through the wall to wall windows and offers a comfortable place to gather in front of the huge screen home theater system. The sizable dining area has seating for twenty and just a few steps up from the great room is the opulent ships watch with bespoke seating. The kitchen sparkles with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and comes complete with a Keurig to brew your morning cup of coffee and fresh dinnerware. Also on this level is the king master bedroom with slider to the oceanfront deck. High quality audiovisual equipment is included throughout the home including two multi-zoned audio systems (Bluetooth compatible) with indoor/outdoor speakers individually controlled by room or area. The mid-level is home to three king master bedrooms and a bunk bedroom that shares a bath with an upsized bedroom with a double and a single bed. This upsized bedroom can double as a “youth lounge” with plenty of soft seating and space for the younger members of the group to hang out in style. All bedrooms in the home are furnished with a minimum 32” TV/DVD or BluRay and high quality beds and designer linens. All bathrooms in the home are upsized and feature bespoke tile work.

The first level has two more king master bedrooms. The grandiose game room on this level features a pool table, a comfortable seating area and kitchenette with full-size refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave which is outfitted with acrylic ware for use in the game room and pool area. Next to the game room is the media room with leather reclining stadium seating, 3D TV home theater system with 3D glasses, BluRay player and surround sound. There is also a half bath shared between the game room and the media room.
