The game room features a shuffleboard table, foosball, and pool table as well as a full wet bar with full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, undercounter ice maker, plenty of bar seating, and access to the shaded ocean-facing deck. The top-floor living area is equally as lush in the open kitchen, dining and living areas.
