A den with sleeper couch offers flexibility in sleeping arrangements, but remains consistent with conveniences as it, too, has its own TV and pristine vistas of the ocean.

Entertainment is never at a loss with an broad game room and deluxe theater room. The game room features a shuffleboard table, foosball, and pool table as well as a full wet bar with full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, undercounter ice maker, plenty of bar seating, and access to the shaded ocean-facing deck. A theater room seats six with extravagant leather comfort seating that both reclines and has constructed-in drink holders for painless snacking.

The top-floor living area is equally as lush in the open kitchen, dining and living areas. A unique octagonal kitchen features state-of-the-art stainless-steel appliances including double ovens, dual dishwashers, a cooktop with microwave hood, and full-sized side-by-side refrigerator. A breakfast bar that comfortably seats six also homes a bar sink, an ideal set-up for drink hour among friends. While a sprawling dining table is swathed in light and vistas of the oceanfront, the living area is lined with plush seating, the ideal gathering place for catching up on good conversation after long days at the beach.
