A theater room seats six with extravagant leather comfort seating that both reclines and has constructed-in drink holders for painless snacking.

The top-floor living area is equally as lush in the open kitchen, dining and living areas. A unique octagonal kitchen features state-of-the-art stainless-steel appliances including double ovens, dual dishwashers, a cooktop with microwave hood, and full-sized side-by-side refrigerator.
