SOUNDFRONT Hatteras -Ellwood Ct. SAIL ON is a sizable, bespoke-designed home constructed on a bulkheaded peninsula in Hatteras Village. With its broad vistas of the sound, it simply can't be beat. Appreciate the private pier with 2 boat slips (approx. three ft. draft). Use your private docks for your fishing boat, personal watercraft, tossing a crab pot, or fishing. Bring your kayak, paddleboard (or rent one from us), kite board or sail board and SAIL ON! Or, simply relax on your float in the cool water or put your waders on and fish. If you feel like having a beach day, the ocean is just a short walk away.

From your covered carports, step up to the first level of the home, where you'll find tile floors, a queen master bedroom with Intelligent TV, door to the soundfront deck, bathroom with dual vanities, tub, and separate shower. Two more queen bedrooms on this level share a full hall bath that also has tile shower and tub. One bedroom has a door to the enclosed porch where you can relax at the outdoor dining table in front of gorgeous sound vistas. The other bedroom leads to the soundfront deck with indulgent sound and sunset vistas. There is also a study alcove with desk and laundry area on this level.

At the end of the day, relax in your secluded hot tub overlooking Pamlico Sound. The king master bedroom is located on the top floor. This room is accented with wood ceilings, Intelligent TV, bespoke tile shower, roomy closet, and water vistas from every window. The main level also includes a great room with windows that rise 16 ft. high to vaulted wood ceilings, made from northern spruce once used in ship building. The living area, kitchen, and dining room are surrounded with mounted Marlins, Sail Fish, and many other off shore fish. The room also offers calming furnishings in front of the home theater system, complete with surround sound and bespoke bookcases.

The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, gas prepare top, and an 8 foot, hand carved, glass mural. The breakfast bar adjoins the dining area, that provides seating for six. The dining area also includes a buffet serving bar with mini-refrigerator. At days end, step outside, relax in your rocking chair, and appreciate how starry the nights on Hatteras can be. Nautical design details and proximity to the water make you feel as if you are actually visiting on a ship. Book your waterfront escape at SAIL ON today. This home does not have a landline. Fireplace seen in photos is not available for guest use.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-returnable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct.
