At amazing ocean-side Sun Phun, your days will be bright, so bring your shades! The beach is a safe walk away at the end of the cul-de-sac, so don't worry about a long commute to white sand and crashing waves. Outside, the pool and enclosed area are ideal for calming and playing with kids. The under-home carport, fish-cleaning station, and an outside bathroom with a shower add to Sun Phun's allure. The entry-level den is comfortable and furnished with a TV and DVD player and a wet bar with a sink and a mini-refrigerator for entertaining the whole gang during downtime spent at home base. When you want to slip into relaxation mode, the hot tub is on the outside deck, just waiting to soothe sore walking legs. The laundry room is also on the same floor to keep sandy suits clean. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances and a breakfast island, and the dining area with a table for eight is adjacent, making dining in a no-brainer. The great room is bright and cheerful, with a vaulted ceiling and a TV and DVD player. Sliding doors lead to a sundeck and a screened porch, ideal for kicking back with your family and friends all day and evening! Sun Phun is well-done, a ideal and relaxing home away from home.

Located in Hatteras, this vacation home is in a rural area and by the sea. Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum and Frisco Native American Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Village Marina and Hatteras Harbor Marina.
