Let nature and the peaceful surroundings draw you into calming moments, mesmerizing vistas, and that incredible feeling of simply letting go.

A new Trex® deck extends the entire back of the home accepting you to witness the sound’s sights and glorious sunsets from its very edge. A bulkhead is ideal for launching kiteboards, kayaks, and other watercraft you bring along and an outdoor shower makes it painless to clean up after a day on the water. Soak away your cares under cover in the four-person hot tub as you contemplate the stars and plan out the next day.

BAYWINDS four bedrooms, all featuring Intelligent TVs, are spread out among two levels. Three bedrooms are located on the second level, including a master king with shower and a slider to a private deck; and two bedrooms, each with two single beds, that share a jack-and-jill bathroom. A master king with a soaking tub/shower is located on the first level, with simple access to the great room and kitchen. From here, three sliders across the back open to a sound-facing deck — the ideal spot to start the day with freshly-brewed coffee or bid it farewell with a favorite drink. The roomy and well-equipped kitchen features brand new LVP floor and ample workspace to whip up vacation fare. Gather your family for memorable meals that can be adored at the three-stool kitchen counter, a six-seat dining table, or outside at the adjoining deck’s picnic table accompanied by a soft breeze and memorable vistas. Located on the beach, this vacation home is in Indiantown Shores, a neighborhood in Frisco. Frisco Mini Golf and Go Karts and Scotch Bonnet Marina are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Buxton Seafood and Frisco Native American Museum. Uncle Eddy's Frozen Custard and 18-Hole Mini Golf and Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum are also worth visiting.   • In the Hatteras area, The sooner your group can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The best rental homes are reserved early. Booking your rental 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental.
  • Some owners offer discounts or promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Booking websites usually offer guests an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or extra fuel expenses.   • Re-check every room of the vacation property to make sure that you've packed all of your family's items at check-out. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property a final time and scan for damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, take video of the rental to record its condition.
