A private boardwalk crosses the marshland to a dock where you can conveniently launch personal watercraft. Return from breeze-born adventures to discover two outdoor showers that invite you to latch onto the laid-back lifestyle of showering under the open sky. Just inside on the ground level, a ping-pong table is ready to bring out the competitive spirit. Amp the competition up even further on the second level, where a game room features a pool table, card table, a full kitchen and a living area with a Intelligent TV. On this level, too, is space to wind down in the dark and comfortable confines of a theater room featuring a Intelligent TV to stream your favorite movies and stadium seating for six. The first of the home’s bedrooms, an ensuite queen master is also located here. To ensure accessibility for all family members — including two dogs — the home is equipped with an all-level elevator.

Five more bedrooms occupy the third level including one queen with a slider to a deck that shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a pyramid bunk room; two master bedrooms, a king and a queen, feature sliders to the deck. Completing the bedrooms on this level is another king master featuring a jetted tub. All of these rooms share access to an open and airy calming area with a Intelligent TV. The final bedroom, a king master is located on the top level with convenient access to the great room.

Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gas expenses.
