Welcome to LE TAHA, a seven-bedroom/six-full and one-half-bath haven for multigenerational families seeking a harmonious blend of luxury, comfort, and the ambiance of a tropical heaven.

Let your cares drift away in the private pool or dissipate into the bubbles of the adjacent five-person hot tub. Feeling more energetic? A private boardwalk crosses the marshland to a dock where you can conveniently launch personal watercraft. Return from breeze-born adventures to discover two outdoor showers that invite you to latch onto the laid-back lifestyle of showering under the open sky. Just inside on the ground level, a ping-pong table is ready to bring out the competitive spirit. Amp the competition up even further on the second level, where a game room features a pool table, card table, a full kitchen and a living area with a Intelligent TV. On this level, too, is space to wind down in the dark and comfortable confines of a theater room featuring a Intelligent TV to stream your favorite movies and stadium seating for six. The first of the home’s bedrooms, an ensuite queen master is also located here. To ensure accessibility for all family members — including two dogs — the home is equipped with an all-level elevator.

Five more bedrooms occupy the third level including one queen with a slider to a deck that shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a pyramid bunk room; two master bedrooms, a king and a queen, feature sliders to the deck. Completing the bedrooms on this level is another king master featuring a jetted tub. All of these rooms share access to an open and airy calming area with a Intelligent TV. The final bedroom, a king master is located on the top level with convenient access to the great room.

It's here, in this open and broad space, that everybody can connect, converse and share communal experiences. Soaring ceilings, wood floors and a tropical motif blend into the natural scenery visible through the walls of windows. The very roomy and well-equipped kitchen features two sinks, a double wall oven, stovetop burner, microwave, refrigerator, two dishwashers, stone countertops and plenty of cabinets to store groceries. Claim one of the four stools at the breakfast counter to appreciate that first cup of coffee. Linger longer over dinner at two dining tables that seat a total of 14. Later, settle into a cozy couch or chaise lounge to share the day’s adventures or watch the Intelligent TV. Foosball anyone? There’s a table ready to get the event started. End the day on the sound-facing deck where the simplicity of a sunset creates a timeless and cherished experience.

Sticking to a spending budget:

  • In the Hatteras area, The sooner you can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The best vacation rentals are reserved very early. Reserving your rental property six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your rental.
  • Summer months are high season in Avon. To find the most suitable vacation home for your budget, we recommend reserving in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Hatteras vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Booking websites usually offer guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for additional information.
  • Often, management companies supply Hatteras area visitor guide magazines which will include money-saving offers, either offered independently by local companies, or by way of a relationship with the management company and the business itself.   • Inspect the rental a final time and scan for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the host is not available, take photos of the property to record its condition.
